A life-long aficionado of everything cocktails, Andrew began his journey on the Balearic Island of Majorca. Enamoured by the discovery of mixology, he left his studies in Architecture, grabbed an apron, and jumped into the world of hospitality.
In the heart of northern England, as a member of the respected and revered Living Ventures Group, Andrew began as bar support and navigated upwards. Along the way, his exploration, practice, research and training refined his cocktailing techniques - learnt through British restaurateur Tim Bacon and others.
Relocating to Covent Gardens, in the heart of London, Andrew built upon his already strong foundation with a position at the world-famous Maxwell's, a Roadhouse's group affiliate. This rising beverage expert and innovative consultant offered curative services and established his name on the competition circuit.
In the years following, Andrew travelled three continents in a quest to try the top cocktails being crafted and gain hands-on experience. With a notebook of inspiration, recipes, design notations, and his travels exhausted, he landed in Vancouver.
Freelancing in this vibrant and cultured city as a consultant since 2018, Andrew has consistently delivered a fresh and exciting approach to the cocktails experience, including curating for The Macallan Team at TED.
In 2022, the launch of Honest Hospitality marks the next stage of Andrew Fletcher's growth. Lending his vision and expertise to the first public-facing venture - Honest Cocktails - which includes a range of world-class beverage experiences delivered in a box. The local-focussed, organic, vegan, and fresh cocktail kits are experienced in the comfort of customers' homes through curated virtual and in-person cocktail classes and corporate events.
